My husband, who sadly died in 2014, was not only my companion and my lover, he had many other roles, the most important being a kind of super-mother for me, taking care of me and cooking for me.

On his shirts I painted the frequently geometric elements in the patterns of aprons, but I increased their scale, sometimes by up to 40 times bigger.
